How to export
Open the dashboard
Navigate to the dashboard and apply the filters you want: date range, project, person or team.
Click Export
Hit the Export button in the top-right corner. Choose Excel (.xlsx) as the format.
Open or share
The file downloads to your device. Open it in Excel, attach it to an email, or upload it to your shared drive.

Can I export data for a single project?
Yes. Apply a project filter in the dashboard before exporting and the file will only contain hours for that project.
What columns are included?
The export includes date, person, project, task, hours, description and any custom fields you have configured.
Is there a limit on how much data I can export?
No. You can export the full history of your organisation with no row limit.
Can I automate recurring exports?
For automated data feeds, use the API. For manual reports, save filter templates so the export is always one click.
